User Experience | Service Design | Interaction
I design and research for interactions, services, and business models that meet human needs and desires.
I am available for projects that seek to understand user experience, research, service and interaction design. Specific services include: Ethnographic interviewing, experience prototyping, participatory design, participant observation, paper prototyping, concept validation, surveys, quantitative analysis and additional qualitative methods.
In addition to in depth user research including those borrowed from ethnography I utilize the design thinking process to provide concepts, implications and solutions transforming the current state into the desired state. In particular I focus on strategies to implement social impact technologies. Currently I am writing about social computing platforms and the value of partnerships that compliment core competency.
